"Brian Mottram has been designing sound and fire systems for my property development business since 2004. During that time Brian has produced the designs for 14 projects. In each case he has come in at the beginning of the project to liaise with the architect and builder on issues which may affect sound and fire installation, so build features which may prove difficult from a sound and fire point of view can be re designed. Brian has designed the fire and sound systems themselves, produced drawings, and negotiated with Building Control and NHBC where necessary. He has worked closely with the main contractor and makes visits to site to ensure correct installation of the system. The cost of the system has been clearly priced and has never gone over budget. Brian oversees the final sound test. In every single case where he has been involved, my properties have passed their respective sound tests. 

Brian is an excellent addition to the design and build team and works equally as well sharing highly technical information with the architect and surveyor as well as instructing the builder on installation details. He produces his designs in good time and communicates well throughout the build process.
